Community Questionnaire
8. Please include any additional comments you feel will aid our initial discussions.
3. Do you have publicly-owned parcels/lots for development which are already zoned single family and can you describe the land (acreage, specific lots, what infrastructure is in place, etc…)?
5. Do you have a specific committee and/or who is responsible to drive workforce housing solutions in your community? To what level are the economic development board, city council, housing and redevelopment authority (HRA) or other agencies formally involved in the process?
6. In lieu of significant incentives, is the community open to using revolving loan fund (RLF) or other public financing dollars to fund the construction financing for the first two properties with the commitment for follow on units to be added with outside financing?
7. Our solution utilized modular housing within on-site setting of homes, landscaping and garage structures being stick built. Are there any concerns with modular units being utilized for your housing needs? (note: roof pitches and gables make for indistinguishable difference between modular and stick-built and all homes meet single family zoning requirements and Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FHLMC) underwriting standards)
